It wasn't until Mali had gotten to the garden's of Lady's castle did she realize that not every one kept the same hours as her and they would all be sleeping. With a sigh she dropped down on to one of the benches contemplating what to do. She had both good news and bad and wanted to tell Jules perhaps he could help figure out how to solve getting the key from where it was hidden. But she also didn't want to wake him if he was sleeping, right now she was betting that he wasn't sleeping all that much.
Setting her basket to the side, Mali leaned back so she was lying on the bench. Staring blindly into space trying to think of some way to get the medallion from where Ravenwaves had hidden it; Mali didn't hear the sounds of someone else nearing where she was sitting.

: Jules had been about to head to a different part of the garden when he heard a noise coming from a different direction. After the years spent as Strongheart's knight, some things were far too engrained. Cursing softly that he didn't have his sword with him, he wheeled himself in the direction of the noise. He paused a moment and smiled. "Mali. What are you doing still up at this hour? You should be in bed, sleeping."

Flushing at being caught where she shouldn't be, Mali quickly sat up and came face to face with Jules, smiling a little herself, Mali ignored the statement that she should be the one sleeping, she probably should be wasn't that exhausted. "What about you? How much sleep are you getting?" Mali softly asked.

: Jules shook his head. "None. I can't sleep right now - not with my sister in that state. As soon as she recovers, then, then I'll sleep." He glanced at her. "So, what happened?"

"Jules I know your worried about Celise but not sleeping isn't going to help her and is probably making your siblings worry more." Mali said before turning to the problem at hand. "But enough about that, which do you want first the good news or the bad?"

: Jules shook his head. "My siblings are busy causing all manner of chaos so their attention is currently not on our sister. Let's go with bad first so the good makes it all better."

"Just because their attention is currently else where does not mean that they are not just as worried as you are. They have just found an outlet." Mali pushed, probably further then she had any right to but she was worried about them, all of them.
"Bad news is that I can't get at the Medallion and the longer Strongheart stays in the form of a snarlie the more like one he is going to become. Good news is that I know exactly where the Medallion is and once we have the medallion then waking Celise is as easy as pie. Make that a kiss... to wake Celise she just needs a kiss from her true love."

"Great, just great," Jules muttered in regards to the bad news. "Okay, where is it exactly? Maybe Strongheart's new form can help us retrieve it..."

Mali reached over and gave Jules hand a squeeze of reassurance. "Just because I'm an only child now, doesn't mean that I always was one. I do understand what it's like being a younger sibling." Mali said, recalling what her older brother had been like before he died and what it had been like when he died from his wounds.
"It's in her garden in where the snarlies play." Mali said her mind a little sluggish from lack of sleep finally made a connection that would work. "That's it Jules, we can use Ravenwaves spell on Strongheart against her. Strongheart already has the disguise to get to the medallion then he would have to find someway to get it without alerting the other snarlies to what he was up to."

: Jules nodded. "Maybe he could dig it up..."

"It's worth a try." Mali said before stifling a yawn and if Strongheart couldn't then she would have to try. If there had been one thing her brother and father had taught her before they died was that the strong were to protect those that needed it. "Want me to repeat all this to Prince or do you want to be the one to tell him?"

: Jules tilted his head as he thought. "Maybe the two of us should. That way, one of us could grab the other out of harm's way if he's turned."

"That works for me," Mali responded, "When do we want to tell him about the medallion and would you also be willing to do me a favor?"

: "If I can manage - I shall attempt it," he said. "What's the story."

"I know you can handle it, and I promise it's not all that difficult." Mali grinned. Picking up the basket she had set beside her earlier. "Just split this between you and your siblings." It wasn't much but after the last couple of days, she felt they could use it.
