Stifling a yawn Mali slipped out of the inn as the sun poked it's head out from behind the mountains, she started on her journey. She had another late night trying to convince Bryant that as nice as he was she was not going to marry him and hoped after last nights episode he would finally get the hint and leave her be. Much to her mother's dismay Mali had told Bryant point blank to shove off as she wanted nothing to do with him.
After a while Mali came across where she had found Prince, searching the area throughly she found that the medallion was not there. Not that she expected it to be, from the looks of it Strongheart had been a dog longer then from where Mali found him. Picking up the tail Mail was almost glad that Ravenwaves had chained up Prince, it was proving to be an easy trail to follow.
Before much longer Mali found herself in Ravenwaves 'garden', looking around Mali wondered what she was going to do next. There were no clues that she could see from here but she did hear a certain voice laughing about something. Following the voice Mali quietly shifted so she was below the window and waited to see what the Duchess was gloating about now.

Ravenwaves laughed softly to herself. "Ah, yes, without his medallion, the prince is powerless to help his true love or Lady. Now I can attack them without his interference at all." She laughed again. "And the only way the girl can be awakened is by true love's kiss and her true love is trapped as a dog, never to be freed. Not while his medallion is lost to him."

Mali kept perfectly still the last thing she wanted to do was alert Ravenwaves that she was indeed here. The good news was Mali now knew how to wake Celise once they found the medallion. Now all she had to do was find what she came here for; find the medallion. Mali stayed where she was hoping that Ravenwaves would talk about where she hid the medallion.

Ravenwaves chuckled. "He'll never find his medallion - it's buried deep with in my garden. More importanly, hidden in the area where the snarlies play." She laughed again. "And the longer he remains a snarlie, the more he'll become one until the poor prince is trapped as a snarlie, forever."

More good news Mali now knew where the Medallion was hidden the bad was she really had no clue on how to get it, absolutely nothing was coming to her, well that wasn't true there was one way but she had promised not to do anything Jules would consider stupid.
Mali continued to listen for a little while to see if she could gather anything else that would be of use to her, not finding anything that would be useful at the moment, Mali carefully made her way away from the window and back into the forest.
