: "You forget I'm a wizard, young prince," Shining Glory said, bending down to scratch behind Strongheart's ears. "I shall begin a search to undo that witch's spell and restore you to your people and your proper form." He sighed softly, his thoughts growing distant. Telling his prince's closest friends what had happened to him was not going to be easy - especially if Celise was the one to answer the door and the first to find out.

: Okay, how was he doing that. It was more then a little distrubing that Shining Glory could read his thoughts. Strongheart stretched out and gave a large yawn before curling up on one of the blankets.

: "Get some rest, young prince. I have many miles to travel before I can rest. I must inform your squire's family about what has transpired." And for the sake of the young lady in love with the prince - telling her was not going to happen. He'd make her parents promise not to tell her for fear that it would cause her to collapse.

: Strongheart wagged his tail, that was about all the energy he had. The severity of the sitiation was hitting him.

: Shining Glory rose and silently head out of the room, heading in the direction of the village where Strongheart's squire and family lived. He returned hours later, visibly exhausted, and he settled down next to the canine prince, gently stroking his fur. He wasn't going to tell Strongheart what had transpired during his visit - that was something that he didn't need to know at this point.

: Strongheart licked Shing Glory's hand as he pet Strongheart, Strongheart finding the urges of a dog still to be a little disturbing. He shifted his head and lay it on the old wizard's lap.

: "Your squire's family knows, although the squire himself does not. Mostly out of fear that his younger sister would find out and with her health as fragile as it is right now, the shock of hearing what happened might trigger her to collapse and I doubt you want that on your plate at this moment."

: Strongheart agreed with that, the next while was going to be hard on him and his friends they didn't need to worry about Celise's failing health.

: "Fortunately your parents were at your squire's so I informed them the best I could about what transpired. Needless to say your parents are less then happy.."

: And that was proably the understatement of the year, he only hoped that his parents wouldn't do anything foolish. If Ravenwaves could do this to him, what would her parents to if his parents tried to make Ravenwaves break the spell.

: "Shall I have young Celise visit here to keep you company while I research a way to cure you or would you perfer it if she forgot about Strongheart?"

: Forget about me, Strongheart thought. The girl had enough on her plate with being sick to have to worry about him. If he wanted to see how they were doing he could always wander down to the village.

: Forget him as a person but know who he was through her brother. It would be strange if Celise suddenly forgot everything about the Prince but if she were to forget knowing him...

: "Very well, the next time I'm summoned to your squire's household, I'll work my magic and adjust her memories," he said quietly. "Would you like the same for you? So you don't suddenly start pining for her?"
